Delivery Policy
 

Delivery Charges are per weight of each parcel & country location

We use both companies: Royal Mail and TNT

 

Minimum delivery charges applies

Currently £5; If recorded £10, but FREE on orders over £100 (UK Only)

 

Delivery time

It may take up to 5 working days from the date you placed your order online. If you need it URGENTLY please pay for recorded delivery and CALL us to ensure we have received your request. Recorded delivery are normally sent for Next Day Delivery (NDD)

When placing an order online, delivery charges will be automatically calculated by weight, postcode and country (if international)

So please enter you full address and the system will work out postage costs. Despite the fact that we did not make telephone number compulsory when placing your order, please let us have one in case we need to contact you about your order.

Large international parcels are quoted separately and additional charges will apply. Please ask for details. We are under no obligation to fulfil an international order where carriage has not been calculated accordingly.


Lost, Damaged or Late Packages

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us immediately. You have 14 days to raise a complaint about any damaged or defective items.

 

 

Refunds

If necessary refunds will be made in full for the goods value only including VAT but excludes paid carriage. In all cases we will try to offer you a substitute product of same or better value to prevent unnecessary costs of returning parcels. All carriage paid is NOT refundable. We reserve the right to charge a small handling fee to deal with any returned products where there is no faulty with it.
